Clementi Town Master Plan and Transformations

The URA’s development plans for the Western region of Singapore are set to improve the vitality of the neighbourhood surrounding Clementi Avenue 1 Condominium. Key areas that will positively impact residents and investors of the development include:

  • More business and employment opportunities: Development of the Jurong Lake District (JLD), Jurong Innovation District (JID) and Tuas Port will create more working environments for residents in the region.
